It was a nice day. I was there for doctors appointments, and some medical treatment at the hospital. The beds could’ve Been more comfortable

Th TV was grainy. the table was wobbly. The carpet, walls and decor seemed old , used and outdated. At 8 am I requested the room be cleaned that day, but it could not be accommodated. The hotel was very mediocre but very expensive

The only complaint is that i was not told about the construction Site building a new Hospital opposite our room so we had to get ear plugs as it was noisy untill 8.00 pm some evenings the rooms are very out Dated need Decorating as very dark excepted more fore nearly 1000,00 Dollars for 3 Nights

This hotel was a lifesaver. I had booked into another hotel in Boston but after checking into the first one and realising how awful and disgusting it was, I booked into this hotel. It was a perfect location, very friendly staff and comfortable surroundings. I’d definitely stay here again!

Stay great Valet needs attention
The visit was great I will complain about valet parking We did have a standard car It was obvious picking up car as driver had no clue how to drive The burning smell from the clutch was terrible and lasted for a while If staff unfamiliar with standard they shouldn’t drive We have been to other places in which the explained no one could drive and had us park car

The hotel itself was OK. Very dated. The room had large dust clots on the door in the bathroom. The bathtub filled up while you were showering so you’re standing in drain water coming up from drain. That in it self is disgusting. The glass door to the bathroom had dirty and drips on it. Was very disappointing.

Room not cleaned. They never asked if I wanted this service when I checked in. Discovered empty shampoo when in shower. Asked to be refilled and it didn’t happen. Had to call front desk to have someone refill the shampoo. The gym is tiny, one bike, 3 treadmills, 2 benches to press. No place to stretch.

Awful beds
The beds are like lying on a slab of brick. No working vending machines on any floor. Very rundown feel for Wyndham. Awesome location and friendly staff.
