Needed to be in Newton for a meeting, so the hotel was perfect. Highly recommend. Not the hotel's fault but taxi service in the area was unreliable. Use Uber.

What's not to like? 24 hr coffee bar, Public transit, and a restaurant w great food. The bed was amazing. Only thing I relapsed from was no I.D. channel. But hey.

While the room was lovely its location leaves a lot to be desired. Basically on top of the highway it’s very loud and it’s incredibly hard to navigate into the parking lot based on the roads around the hotel.

Check in was fast an easy. Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The TV was personalized to my reservation and had options on the welcome sceeen to sign in to various streaming services. Prepaid $20 for parking in their garage which was very convenient. Also prepaid $18pp for their continental breakfast which was actually surprisingly good. Hot options were scrambled and hard boiled eggs, hash browns, make your own Belgium waffles with plenty of toppings and bacon. They also had a variety of cereal, bread, bagels, muffins and all of the toppings to go along with them. Pitchers of juices, water and fresh coffee were also available. Also had an employee there to bus tables and keep everything tidy. Definitely one of the better continental breakfasts that I've had. Kind of in a tricky traffic spot in Natick when navigating a car. But the hotel is less than a minute off the exit from the I-90 (Mass Pike) and quick to travel into Boston, Brighton, Allston or the surrounding areas. The next time I stay in the area, I'll definitely be coming back.

Our room was directly across from room with baby soccer team girls and they were very loud in hallway at night plus room was directly next to pool where we could hear loud yelling from children …. That room should not be booked for couple like us …

Our bed was comfortable but check in was laborious. Sent to a room that was not what we had paid for and reserved and had such a strong varnish smell from maintenance that we really may have passed out out from the fumes, definitely dangerous, asked for a new room. That process took at least a 1/2 hr, after an already late arrival it was tiring. The gentleman that helped us was anxious and slow. Breakfast costs 18 dollars per person and is a basic hotel breakfast with typical hot food choices. Location was convenient for this trip but probably wouldn’t stay again.

Nice corner room! Room furnishings are dated and not quite matching …. Hotel is right on the highway and the noise wasn’t too bad . Slamming of heavy doors starting early in the morning was annoying.

Not up to standard.
Initially very good as I’d requested and received a room near the elevator. However, the room was in very shaky condition. Used towel in the floor near the door, and missing towel hook in bathroom, but the main issue was the ac unit that had been completely taken apart and left in pieces. The engineer was able to put it back together, but we discovered all sorts of dirt and white powder underneath the pieces after he left. It was so late and we’d driven 4 hours we just chose to ignore it and put fresh towels in the floor for protection. For a $200 stay, this is unacceptable. Also disappointed there was no bottled water in the room.
