We had an amazing stay at CitizenM, the room was the perfect size for our 2 night stay. The pricing was AMAZING. The bed was super comfortable and large. The drinks from the bar were superb but very expensive. The shower was nice but needed more pressure. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Also big shoutout to the amazing cleaning crew. My two biggest complaints are, 1- there needs to be more access to the staircases, especially from floors 1-4 as we genuinely don’t like taking the elevator because it gives me vertigo and 2- needs to be more communication with the guest about the homeless people in the neighborhood (there were many times we left the hotel to people losing their minds and screaming at nothing). Also just a personal preference but the red hallway carpeting and dolls in the room are so creepy (but I can live with it). Overall we’d definitely stay here again!

Great location. Innovative. Cool in-room lighting. Comfy chairs in lounge. Motorized blinds. Small but efficient room. It might be a bit challenging for a couple to not disturb each other for middle of the night bathroom runs.

It was a nice place. Not my favorite hotel. Definitely intimate setting, if you're not comfortable with you are staying with, don't stay here. But unique and very techinologically advanced.
