This house has plenty of space for everyone you won't find yourself getting in each others way. With three living spaces, the adults can enjoy a game of cards and drinks by the fire whilst the kids play pool and enjoy a movie upstairs in the games room, or why not enjoy the pool table and views yourself and the kids have free range of the two downstairs lounge rooms, the options are endless.
There are four spacious bedrooms. Two king rooms each boasting an ensuite and walk in robe. A Queen bedroom and a children’s bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk set. These two rooms share a bathroom in the middle.
The kitchen is large enough for the whole family to share the workload when cooking a family feast and a BBQ and good size alfresco area to if you want to enjoy the warm summer evenings outside.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

The open plan kitchen and dining flowing into the main lounge room makes this a great house for the family to congregate. The dining has enough room to comfortably fit 10 people with large sliding doors opening up out to the alfresco area providing perfect indoor and outdoor dining.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
Three separate living areas mean that there can be movies playing at in one area of the house, a quiet game of cards in another and a game of pool going on upstairs. All three spaces have large couches, huge TVs and heating and cooling options making this house ideal year round.
