The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. The beautiful grounds were perfect for pleasant walks. The bus to shopping area and rail station was right across the road. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and rhe food was excellent. There was a lovely lounge for resting and enjoying a quiet drink. We stayed three weeks and enjoyed our stay immensely. The head waiter Andreas and all the dining staff were really accomodating. We will definitely return and can highly recommend the Bromley Court.

We booked several rooms for various family members and the hotel staff were very accommodating with our early arrival times and with allocating the rooms close together. The building itself is beautiful. The “cosy” rooms are as advertised but were adequate for our needs. The kettle and tea supplies in the room was great! The breakfast and other dining options were good

Checking into the hotel was excellent and a complimentary bottle of wine and a nice room, a little tight but acceptable. We travelled from NZ to celebrate my wife 70 birthday in the town where she was born with dinner at the hotel. While we were advised the restaurant was open on the Saturday when we got there it was booked for a wedding so were shuffled into a small room for dining which lacked any sort of ambience and sound proofing/music to drown out other diners. Suggest you check ahead if you are planning anything specail as to find an alterative restaurant close by is not an option.

It was a nice hotel and the bed was very comfy but there was an issue with the hot water so I had no hot water which was disappointing as I specifically requested a room with a bath
