During our recent stay at Hotel Dukes' Palace Residence, we were pleased with several aspects of our experience. The room was tastefully decorated and spacious, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also appreciated the convenience of having both a separate shower and a whirlpool tub, which added a nice touch of luxury to our stay. However, despite these positive features, we encountered a significant issue that affected our overall experience: there was an unpleasant odor in our room that persisted throughout our stay. Despite our efforts to air out the space and our hopes that it would dissipate, it unfortunately remained a concern. While we enjoyed many aspects of our visit, the lingering odor was a disappointing drawback. We hope that the hotel management addresses this issue for future guests, as it detracted from what could have been an outstanding stay.

The Duke’s Palace residence is around the corner from the Duke’s Palace Hotel. The Hotel is high end and lovely and where breakfast is served. The Residence is quiet and nice and affiliated with the hotel, but it is also less plush. We were very happy with the Residence.

We had a very lovely stay at the Duke’s Residence which is adjacent to the hotel. All the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room itself was very clean and felt royal. It is in very close proximity to restaurants, the Market Square and Belfry Tower. Everything is pretty much within 15 mins walk. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Brugge. Thank you for the great stay!
