Hotel from hell
For one I reserved a room cause I don't have a jacuzzi at home and the water in the room jacuzzi,bathtub tolet started backing up. I called for another room and they said they were full in i said ok how am I going to shower .the answer was ,they shruged his shoulders and said I don't know.you know what my compensation was 10 dollars for my trouble. I have videos of the water.

Asked for room to be cleaned the first night we stood there. Came back to the room at night and room was not cleaned. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels. Don't think i would stay there again.

As soon as walked inside the room I felt like it was not sanitized correctly. The bath tub had a huge dirt ring all over. The curtain had thum tags to hold it and n place and my son had step on one. On the day of our check out as we double checked to make sure we are not forgetting anything I open a drawer and I found the drawer was full of needles and let m tell you it could of got ugly just because I had my kids and they could of got into it. When I let the clerk know of the situation it seemed as if he was not surprised of the situation.If I could get in contact with management I would like a refund for at least one of my night

Horrible bugs in room, people are loud, people were knocking at your door at 6 AM homeless people everywhere

Room was awful, dirty, pretty sure no one cleaned it prior to us arriving and had roaches but the staff was nice. Parking is pretty tough at night as well. It gets packed there.

Liked that is was cheaper than other facilities near Knott's Berry Farm and that the management is very friendly and helpful. However the rooms were not very clean. Bathroom had lots of mold and the floors turned our bare feet black.

Do not stay at Colony Inn
Rooms were gross; light in bathroom didn’t work had to ask to get it fixed. I had to go back after waiting 45 mins ; guy was rude. Only gave us 1 key even though I ordered the 3 queen bed room ( wanted to charge me $5 dollars for another key) they wanted security deposit in cash .

This place is a dump, smelled like ammonia so bad it gives you a headache, all furniture falling apart, fixtures falling off the wall, bedding had holes in it, bathroom was filthy. Asked for another room and it was the same. Doors falling apart. Absolutely disgusting.
