There were lots of red ants in the bathroom and closet when we checked in. My daughter saw ants crawling on the bed. They were able to change a different room for us. However the new room has a lot of dead ants in the bathroom. The day I checked out the front desk staff told me a manager will reach out to me on the 11/24 during the afternoon time but up until now I haven’t receive any calls from Hampton Inn & suites.
