Everything was great but I didn’t like how each room had a limit to how much tickets we could purchase for the park. Some families have more than 4 people. You should be able to work with us and get us tickets for all the people in the rooms

Amazing stay overall, would have given it 5 stars but the only thing I didn’t like was the water pressure on the shower. The building looked newly renovated and loved the addition of the free shuttle to Disneyland!

Good stay great service
We were able to get the room type that we requested with no problem. There was a problem with our lock on our door and they fix that immediately which was wonderful. Biggest problem is if you’re watching TV reception was horrible. We stay there about once every six weeks And have to say that their service is excellent. If you decide to go to the Knotts Berry Farm hotel and get a chance to be served by Janzy he went to bartender said he is fabulous.

What a great stay! The remodel is beautiful! The 5 min walk to park perfect. They offer free shuttle to Disneyland which is so convenient. The restaurant was a little pricey but was good with great servers.

Hotel renovation made this place look so appealing and beautiful but they really need to upgrade their mattresses. They were so hard like sleeping on the floor. Was very unpleasant, even our children noticed and disliked their sleep.

Stayed for one night during the weekday which was affordable and convenient if you going to the amusement park. Room was clean and staff were nice and helpful. Parking is a 20$ charge for the hotel but its an easy walk to the amusement park. No complimentary water for the keurig so make sure to bring extra water if you want coffee. The bar and kitchen in the front lobby was good but it does close early @10pm, So dont wait if your looking for a night cap.
