hotel was vey nice the employees should be trained to not make one feel or treat people who book from a third party any different as booking directly through knotts. During check in we truly didnt feel welcomed, it was made very clear we booked through a third party as was mentioned it numerous times, unnecessary. I observed another employee next to us and the service he provided to the other guests was truly welcoming explaining parking area, how to get to room asking about luggage , asking questions to the guest . Offering that welcoming experience. We requested if possible to change room away from first floor . It was difficult, but doable. By the time we entered the room , we no longer wanted to stay. We didnt have anywhere to go for the night but decided to check out as soon as possible. The room given bad plumbing . Both the restroom and the shower became clogged. The customer service at the coffee shop restaurant and bar was great. And the ladies at front desk who apologized to us the next day were very nice. They approved our early check out with the additonal night refund. I am aware we didnt purchase through knotts. We are almost almost 9 year pass holders but we are still paying

Our stay was great! The staff was friendly and checking in was super easy. The room was ready early. Room was clean and quiet. The newly renovated hotel is beautiful!! A special thank you to front desk staff who helped us with a reservation mistake I made. They were truly understanding and helped our family out. We can’t say thank you enough!!

Good clean hotel, good value for the money, easy walk to the theme park, everyone is especially friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that when we ordered room service it took 2 hrs, then the delivery guy dropped our pizza and was going to take it back but we were starving and were not going to wait another 2hrs, would have appreciated a refund for the food. Otherwise we will stay here again and will just order delivery from somewhere else.

Love staying at the Knotts hotel, it’s extremely convenient being in walking distance from the Knotts theme park. My daughter enjoys our little getaways and always looks forward for our stays here. The hotel is nice and clean, the staff is always friendly, I have no complaints and I’m already counting down the days for our next stay here.

There was a small issue with the room, as it was already occupied when we got to it, the housekeeper that was on the floor, called it in and we were immediately helped by the manager and she fixed the problem right away and we felt very satisfied with how they treated the issue. Mistakes happen so we were very understanding.

Perfection!
This was our third stay, the first two during construction but also 5-Star. We need more than five stars to review this breathtakingly renovated place! Every detail demands you sit down and enjoy your surroundings. Lovely gift shop, decent restaurant, wonderful bar, and accommodations that never missed a beat in regard to cleanliness, comfort, amenities, and outstanding service. The convenience of walking to Knott’s food and shopping even when you’re not entering the park add to the draw of the location. The Disneyland shuttle keeps us coming back. I fear this luxurious place threatens to price us out of return visits, which would be heartbreaking because we’ve loved coming here. And above all, the staff is, without exception in our experience, the friendliest, kindest, most professional and truly service-oriented group we’ve encountered. The hotel is perfect in every way.
