I will avoid this hotel chain !
The reception area looks great nice exterior but once you enter the room its is smaller than a Budget Ibis Hotel ... very disappointing. Twin room with one large towel and three hand towels for two adults. I asked at reception for two extra pillows but was told that the hotel "was out of pillows " and it was not possible. At check out I was asked out my stay when I discussed pillows I was informed they " only have 3 or 4 spare in the hotel " ...unbelievable !!! and for the towel situation ..."that was normal " I will not stay in this chain of hotels again, save 25 euros off a Van Der Valk but this was a big mistake from myself. Response from staff was very disappointing ... they have hundreds of chairs in lobby and publics spaces, 100's !!! but only three / four spare pillows. Arrogance from staff that I would be so rude as to request extra pillows !

Booked the hotel as I had a training to attend in Bunnik. Overall good hotel, a bit outside of the town centre and nothing around that. But if you travel for business I guess it's ok. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast

Clean, comfortable and friendly
A convenient location if you are travelling by car, it’s a long walk from Bunnik Station and not friendly for those walking. Rooms were comfortable and clean, food at the restaurant excellent, but the service was not attentive in the bar / dining area (staff often talking to each other and checking their phones rather than looking out for guests). When you had their attention, service was very friendly and helpful. Overall, better value than staying in Utrecht Central, but not as convenient unless travelling by car.

Standard room, tv didn't work, restaurant food ok, the pre bought 2 course meal thing was a nightmare as you pay at check in don't get a ticket or anything to prove you have bought it. Found out half way through meal i shouldn've had a different menu. All a bit awkward. Hotel room and ensuite nice enough as was breakfast.

No front desk and if there is It’s not visible Lack of employees The ones that do work especially in banquets or conventions act like the coffee/ tea police ( woman with short hair and yellow jacket) If they could they would send you to a concentration camp for sitting in the wrong spot of the hotel yet they have no visible signage.
