This tastefully finished holiday home with quality fittings and appointments boasts comfort for you and your guests throughout the whole abode.

The home itself is well appointed and has 5 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen makes it perfect for entertaining including modern appliances such as an air fryer and convenient additional drinks fridge. The kitchen has direct access to two gas BBQ's, outdoor bar setting and adjacent to the bright and comfortable living and dining area. The sliding door opens up to a large front decking, the perfect space for alfresco dining or indoor/outdoor entertaining.

The living area has ample comfortable lounge seating for you and the family to relax and watch TV or listen to music through the Sonos speaker.

The master bedroom is comfortable and spacious with a TV, and is finished with a beautiful ensuite, but it doesn't stop there. All the bedrooms are designed to make it easy to unwind with venetian blinds and blackout curtains, to replenish those batteries after exciting days exploring the region.

There are 1 King, 2 Queen beds and 4 Singles, easily accommodating up to 10 guests all which have reverse cycle air-conditioning for your comfort.

The front garden has recently had a makeover and is now fully fenced with a large lawn area and peppi-trees providing the perfect amount of shade and place to play outdoor games which are kept in the hallway cupboard. The home is child friendly being one level, located on a quiet cul de sac and a short stroll from a friendly swimming beach. Wash off in the outdoor shower on return from the sparkling waters of Quindalup beach.

It is just a few minutes' drive to the all the cafe's, boutiques and eateries of down town Dunsborough. Close to the Margaret River Wine Region and surrounding golf courses this home makes perfect sense for that "down south" getaway.

Although Beachcomber is pet friendly, we politely ask that pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. Any damage to the lawn, garden or house will result in the bond being held. If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking. Please be aware, as per local council regulations, pets cannot be left unattended at the property.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Welcoming and well equipped
Gorgeous home in an ideal location, equipped with everything we needed and more. From games to plenty of extra blankets, every device in the kitchen, bikes in the shed and basics in the pantry, including herbs and spices. The home was immaculately cleaned, modern, with plenty of space for us all. The group was aged 17 to 85 (plus one small dog) and all enjoyed this property. Thank you for a great pet-friendly, welcoming place to stay.

Everything about the place was fabulous.
I enquired about an early check in and was advised to call your number after 12.00 which I did five times. Each time I got an answer to email which you cant do driving or call another number for emergencies. This is the only complaint and I did go straight there and was in by 2.00 anyway.

Very functional house in nice location
The property was great. The booking process via Stays then to Exclusive Escapes with both charging fees and not being clear that we would be charged additionally for the linen, made the whole process a little disappointing but the house itself is good.

Beautiful beachside home
We had a lovely stay on the Iune long weekend. The house is excellently equipped and so close to the beach. Perfect for a couple of families. The only feedback we have is that the reverse cycle unit in the living room was not working so the main part of the house was very cold. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and would recommend.
