This self-contained 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is located in a quiet cul de sac in Old Dunsborough town, 75m walking distance to the beach and 10minute walk from the town centre, making it the ideal holiday accommodation whether it is a couples getaway or family holiday.

The property is fully self-contained, with full kitchen, open plan dining and living area with large couch, free WiFi and smart TV. There is small outdoor area with BBQ, seating area and grassed area for the family to play and a double lock-up garage also. .

The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite with shower and toilet.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and plenty of storage, and bedroom 3 has 2 sets of bunks for children or additional friends to stay. The family bathroom has a bath, shower with separate toilet for guests.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company.

Very Convenient
It was a quick and pleasant walk to both the beach and the town site. The unit is beginning to look a little tired but has all the appliances and equipment you need. Not sure why they say only one car.

Walking distance to beach and town. Accomodation neat and comfortable except for dirty dishes and ant infestation in 2nd bathroom.

50m to the beach and 5 min walk to town this is a great location. Enclosed back garden for the dogs was great too. Will be back again!

Great location to beach and town but a little disappointed in cleanliness and little details for price paid. (melted cheese all over oven tray, dog poo on pavement and grass in backyard, sheets on bed didn’t fit properly, dishwasher tablets supplied but no dishwasher 🤔)
