On the left wing of the house you have the remaining bedrooms and family bathroom. Boasting a queen, a double room and 2x singles there is no shortage on sleeping areas for the family!
Moving though to the rear of the property you are engulfed by the magnificently designed and furnished kitchen, main living and lounge area. The kitchen has all the mod cons needed to cook up a storm ready to sit down around the family dining area. Perhaps you prefer to sit outside in the covered outdoor area complete with outdoor kitchen and overlook the glistening pool and golf course?!

If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.
This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
