The main boat ramp is only approx. 750m away where you can fish, crab, dive or waterski; or just enjoy exploring our pristine stretches of coastline. Only 6 km from the Dunsborough town centre (perfect bike riding distance for your morning coffee) the property is ideally positioned to enjoy Dunsborough and its dynamic shopping precinct and cafe strip; and the beautiful foreshore recreation areas. Or roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries; or wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.

Ascend the timber staircase into the spacious main living area with high ceilings; ceiling to floor glass on the northern side and plenty of other windows to ensure a light filled space and summer breeze flow way.
