Harmony by the Bay—A Central Beachfront Haven

This two-storey townhouse offers the perfect combination of beachfront tranquillity and town convenience. The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with terracotta tiles, high ceilings, and large sliding doors opening onto the front garden. The living room includes plush seating, a smart TV, and a pot-belly fireplace for cooler nights. The dining area has a rustic wooden table for six, while the fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, a central island bench, and plenty of storage space.

Step outside to the front garden, where an outdoor dining setting and BBQ create the perfect alfresco experience with uninterrupted ocean views. The private rear courtyard offers a shaded retreat, complete with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen bed, vaulted ceilings, and a private balcony overlooking Geographe Bay. A second queen bedroom offers a serene escape, while the third bedroom includes two single beds, ideal for children or friends. The main bathroom includes a shower over bath, a large vanity, and ample lighting, while a second toilet is conveniently located downstairs.

For added convenience, the home has a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, and one covered parking space plus an extra bay for a second car, jet ski, or trailer. The pet-friendly yard is enclosed, though the low fences may not suit all pets. Please do not leave them unattended at the property in line with local council requirements.

Please be aware that construction has commenced immediately next door. Property rates have been discounted until further notice in consideration of the sporadic construction noise.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.

This property works beautifully for our family. It's clean, comfortable and well appointed, and has plenty of space for our family of 4 plus small dog! Relaxing winter weekend
We recently enjoyed a short winter break at Harmony by the Bay. Perfect location right on the beachfront and an easy walk to the town centre. The log fire was divine and really heated all the upstairs bedrooms. The garden was a safe space for our little dog. There were plenty of supplies in the property and everything was clean when we arrived. The only suggestion I would have would be to put a few coat hangers in the wardrobes. But there was still plenty of shelf space for our clothes. A very relaxing stay!

This was a wonderful property for a holiday with our dog. Directly across from the beach and almost in the town centre. Everything we needed was on the doorstep. The front and back gardens were ideal for our puppy.

Only thing that could be improved is a blind/blockout curtain downstairs to prevent people seeing in at night. Very small issue though overall can’t wait to go back.
