Step into this beautifully designed home through a warm timber-floored hallway to find an open-plan living area. Lounge on two leather sofas, catch a favourite show on the TV, or cosy up by the slow-combustion fireplace on chilly nights. A small supply of firewood is provided during the winter months, with extras available for purchase at local service stations and hardware stores. Escape to a second living room with a sofa and TV for private entertainment, or curl up with a book in the sitting room upstairs, where two armchairs and soft lighting create a quiet retreat.

Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and wine fridge. Gather around the large island bench with bar stools for casual bites, or enjoy meals at the six-seater dining table. Step onto the timber deck to dine outdoors under the covered patio, where a built-in BBQ and dining setup create the perfect setting for summer feasts.

Rest in one of four well-appointed bedrooms, each designed to welcome natural light. Recharge on the king bed in the primary suite, stretch out in the second queen-sized bedroom, or settle into the inviting double in the third. The fourth bedroom offers a king single, perfect for a friend or kid. Soak in the freestanding bathtub with a glass of wine in the full bathroom or freshen up under the rainfall shower in the second bathroom. Keep outfits fresh with the washer and dryer, making extended stays effortless.

Enjoy the tranquil outdoor area, complete with a beautifully landscaped garden, a charming brick-paved seating nook, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Stay comfortable year-round with reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout. Free on-site parking includes a secure, lockable garage for peace of mind.

Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $245. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Gorgeous home in quaint location just minutes to the beach.

Our second stay at Little Hamptons, and we will be back. It’s a beautiful home, with all the feels of a home away from home. The decor, the amenities and the kitchen makes you feel right at home. The proximity to the beach is perfect especially with small children and the the beautiful walk into town. It’s definitely a home we enjoy and a holiday we look forward to!
