The home is set on a rural property sprawling across 4 acres and surrounded by native bush. Newly built and designed to accommodate multiple families holidaying together or even a small corporate team looking for a team building retreat, Summerville Treetops boasts a beautiful open plan living/entertaining area complete with log fire and panoramic views over the treetops offering the perfect setting to disconnect and recharge.
This secluded luxury accommodation is a spacious 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms residence, making it perfect for an extended family, although the house remains cosy enough to accommodate a single-family or couples getaway. It is located in a central location to all the local attractions with Dunsborough and Yallingup only 10 mins drive, Goanna café literally on the doorstep, and the very hip Wild Hop Brewing Company and Aravina Estate only 5 mins up the road. There is plenty of space to park a boat,
The Space:
The open plan kitchen is fully-equipped with a high quality, large SMEG oven and all other utensils needed to cook up a storm for the family gathering. Once the chefs have finished in the kitchen, gather around the large dining room table or make the most of the beautiful views and dine outside. For the coffee lovers, you will find a Nespresso pod coffee machine and cafetieres, just be sure to bring your favourite blend with you. The house has ducted air conditioning in all rooms.
You can open up the living area to lead straight out to the large alfresco complete with an outdoor setting and BBQ where you may choose to sit with your favourite glass of wine or beer from the many wineries/ breweries in the area and discuss the days events whilst taking in the relaxing scenery and wildlife.
The main sitting room has a stylish sofa with enough room to cosy around the wood fire (2 baskets of wood are provided in winter per stay) complete with its beautiful stone feature surround, while you enjoy a family chat or play games. Just off from this room is a theatre room with a widescreen TV/DVD for those relaxing evenings. There is also Netflix available on the main TV for you to watch your favourite movies and shows.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
City of Busselton regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue eg. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, may be closed down immediately. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Large groups of adults will not be accepted to stay at this property. This house is for family gatherings only. There is a noise bond that will be forfeited if there are any noise complaints from neighbouring properties.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond. Guests may be evicted and/or their security bond forfeited in full. Out of respect for the neighbours, there is a strict limit on noise from the house and outdoor areas at all times. Music must be completely off by 10pm.
We take our responsibility to our neighbours very seriously. As such, there is an active noise monitor and outdoor security cameras with noise monitoring in them. Any breaches of noise limits will result in the loss of your noise bond.
Fire restrictions:
- The outdoor firepit is only allowed for use during the winter months inside fire season, firewood for this can purchased at service stations or hardware stores. Use of the fire pit outside these times will lead to a loss of your security deposit. Please ensure the fire is fully extinguished at night and before you leave.
- Cigarette butts left at the property will incur an extra cleaning fee to be taken from the security deposit.
Other notes.
Water: This property is on tank water so please use water wisely. All water from the showers and laundry goes into the greywater system and onto the garden. Please only use the products provided and under no circumstances is any bleach or whitening products to be used.
