This spacious 2-bedroom villa offers a serene and private retreat in a picturesque bushland location, boasting stunning sea views and direct access to the beach. It's conveniently situated just a short walk from town, accessible either via the beach or footpath.
The ground floor of the villa features an open and roomy layout, with a modern fully equipped kitchen and a living area that seamlessly connects to a covered veranda at the back. Additionally, there is a charming study or TV room with plantation shutters, a dining room, and a third bathroom/laundry area that opens to an enclosed drying yard. Amenities include complimentary WiFi, two smart TVs, ceiling fans, and a gas fireplace.
Outside, the covered veranda offers a table setting and a BBQ, overlooking a delightful garden that leads to a spacious back lawn. A secure gate provides access to a sandy track leading directly to the beach, just a minute away.
Upstairs, both bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, TVs, ceiling fans, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and private balconies. A portacot is also available for guests with infants.
The property offers secure gated parking for two cars, and guests can relish in the abundance of bird life while enjoying their morning coffee on the back lawn or sipping an evening gin and tonic on the upstairs balcony.
Please note that this villa serves as the owners' home for part of the year, and they have dedicated significant time and effort to ensure it provides a pleasant and inviting environment, including the lovingly tendered garden.

Excellent !
Best property we have rented in Byron in the 10 years we have been coming up to Bluesfest. Really well appointed and well supplied. Great outlook over the bush to the ocean. Quiet except for the sound of the ocean and fantastic bird life in the garden- so enjoyable. Would very much hope to come back.

It was listed as 3 rooms and was only 2. No spare towels and no wifi. There is almost no reception at all so no wifi meant it was a very painful weekend with an unwell baby

The townhouse was excellent, in great condition & everything provided that you could need. It was a 10 minute walk from the main Byron Bay shops/cafe & an easy 2 minute walk to the beach.

Awesome unit great location
A beautifully renovated property , very private , great location ocean views from master bedroom and and awesome bathroom , easy walk to shops and 1 minute to the beach. Would be great for two couples or a family ..note stairs if the kids are little . Great spot to stay and the owners have it very well equipped ..like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again
