A relaxed beach villa feel for this well-cared for holiday property. The property has 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms x Queen beds and 1 bedroom x 2 singles. A generous open plan living area spills out into a private tropical courtyard, perfect for an evening meal under the stars or relaxing after a day at the beach.

There is a 2nd TV to the ground floor front sunroom which can serve as a second living space. This will allow the little ones to relax and watch TV in quiet, away from the main living area. The property is fully fenced and secure so you can relax with young children.

2 large and functional bathrooms, 3 toilets and a fully functional laundry. Plus we have parking for 1 car on the doorstep and 1 car in the garage.

A fully stocked kitchen and BBQ make this property a perfect location for a family wanting the ease of cooking at home.

The perfect property for the extended family or adult group looking for space, peace, privacy and a fabulous location. You will love being close enough to walk to Clarkes Beach, The Beach Cafe and the Top Shop (a well-kept local secret for brilliant coffee, breakfasts and lunches).

AC has now been installed as of September 2023 and is included in the downstairs living and upstairs main bedroom. The bedrooms are light and sunny.

Very poor experience
While the living areas are spacious and present well the bedroom and bathroom accommodation was substandard. When we arrived the main bedroom fan did not work and a number of light bulbs did not work We reported the fan and it was fixed the next day which was promising. However that’s where the good news ended: The ensuite to the main bedroom, while new, had no towel rails fitted or even towel hooks, so nowhere to hang towels to dry at all. We had to hang them off coat hangers in the wardrobe. This may have been manageable, however the shower when used just drained out of the shower onto the bath room floor making the bathroom virtually unusable and very dangerous for slipping. While the main bathroom did have towel rails it had the same issue with the shower that meant the whole bathroom floor just flooded when the shower was used and is very dangerous for slipping. To top it all off, while the agent has advised us that there was no claim on our bond they have not refunded the bond after two weeks (one week over their nominated refund date). To make it worse the agents won’t respond to questions as the the status of the refund. Our advice is do not book this property or with these agents!

Awesome location, lovely property
We spent a week at Eastpoint 4 in January this year. A lovely home with beautiful bedrooms and a lot more space than we expected. Great location too, a few minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk into town. Would recommend.
