Elua Beach House is a modern and spacious home situated in central Byron Bay with an easy walk to CBD, Main and Belongil Beaches. The house has been beautifully renovated and enjoys sea breezes and plenty of natural light.

The ground floor features high ceilings and bamboo floors through the living areas. This level of the home comprises of 2 bedrooms, private outdoor shower , laundry/powder room, open plan lounge and dining area plus the kitchen. The main living room opens through wide sliding doors to a huge covered patio, swimming pool and private yard.

The well appointed kitchen has stone bench tops, dishwasher, induction stove, Delonghi Dedica Arte espresso machine, a large pantry and overlooks the back deck. The first floor has a large main bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite with bath plus main bathroom.

The yard is perfect for families with its sun-filled pool & fenced yard. It's the perfect house to relax and enjoy all the Byron has to offer, tucked away in a quiet lane yet within walking distance to everything.

AC has now been installed in all 5 x bedrooms as of June 2024.

Beautiful Stay
A group of friends came together from all around Australia for a catch up and had such a great relaxing time at this house. House was big enough we all had our own space, the pool was beautiful and great location walking distance to the main town, shops and bars. Would definitely recommend!

Great Spot be wary of the Terms and Conditions
Property was perfect, well cleaned and appointed and in a great location. Lots of space and amenities, nothing to fault. One gripe though, we couldn't travel on the arrival date because of a Covid lockdown, I thought the Agency (East Coast Escapes) may have refunded that period (as others are doing and as we do on our Stayz property). I think people should be aware of the Agencies Terms and Conditions as it could cost you.
