Just a 5 minute walk from the heart of Byron Bay, Seadrift 31 offers a luxurious 3 bedroom townhouse complete with free WiFi and access to shared outdoor swimming pool perfect for a relaxing family holiday.

Downstairs has a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area which opens out into a private courtyard with BBQ. The kitchen has all modern appliances and is fully equipped for entertaining. There is a Smart TV in the living area and master bedroom.

Upstairs has 3 spacious bedrooms the master with king size bed, private balcony, walk in robe and ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom which has 2 single beds. There is air conditioning throughout the townhouse to help keep things cool or warm depending on the season.

A Tesla charger has just been installed in the garage for electric vehicles.

All this just a 10 minute walk from Main Beach, 5 minute drive to the Cape Byron Lighthouse or Byron Bay Golf Course, 30 minutes to Ballina/Byron Gateway airport or 45 minutes to Coolangatta Airport.

The monthly Byron Bay Markets are 1.3km away and Tallows Beach 2.5km.

There is a communal swimming pool in the complex to keep the kids entertained.

Girls weekend in Byron
This beautifully decorated apartment had lots of space inside and outside in the shady courtyard for socialising and we really enjoyed the good sized communal pool. Had issue with the bins not being emptied from the previous guests. Highly recommend the apartment. We would stay again.

Beautiful town house in a great location
House was beautifully styled, very clean and came with all the amenities that you could think of. We were all very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the outdoor pool wasn't heated and it was a little bit cold for us to swim during our stay.
