I picked this hotel because it was fairly close to the airport, and the pool looked absolutely amazing and I have two young daughters. Had one small hiccough with the room, but maintenance were there in no time and fixed it quick. The staff were excellent and amazing and very courteous. The rooms were always completely clean. Next time I’m in Calgary. I’m definitely staying here.

We stayed for one night at the hotel, in hopes to spend time at the pool with my kids. Unfortunately upon checking in, there was an extremely strong smell in the hotel lobby of high levels of chlorine. We checked into our room for the night after 10pm, and the room was absolutely appalling because the room immediately burnt ours eyes. (Family of 4). We asked to change rooms, and the second room was not facing the pool view, but unfortunately had a strong odour of stale sweat and unwashed hockey equipment. I mentioned this to the hotel desk around midnight, and they said they didn’t have anymore rooms to offer. Over the night my kids woke up crying due to their eyes burning. :( We tired to shower in the morning, and the drain had a hard time draining.. which was Wierd… we didn’t get to use the pool unfortunately, and were not pleased at this hotel stay. If you have young kids, I would consider staying elsewhere until They get their chlorine levels properly checked. This is a health hazzard.

The hotel was clean but the room where we stayed was next to the pool so the Chlorine smell permeates through the whole room and that's all you smell as soon as you walked in. It even bothered my friend as she said she had a hard time sleeping because of it.

There were some issues that seemed strange that made for not the best stay. Huge facility with no guest laundry area. We got in late, and the kids wanted to use the pool in the morning, you couldn't use the pool past your checkout time. It's a huge pool area, it seems odd they can't allow us to stick around a little past checkout on our last day to use the pool area.

Great overall, airport shuttle ends early
We chose this hotel as we were flying out of town from Calgary. This hotel offers free shuttle to & from the hotel with option to leave your vehicle at the hotel while away. We were given the shuttle ph and told to call when we arrive at the airport so the driver can be dispatched. We were not advised that the last shuttle dispatched at 930, we called at 940. Once we returned to the hotel (by taxi) I reviewed the shuttle information which states runs until 10pm.. this is information for others as our flight was delayed just over an hr and didn't expect the shuttle service to stop so early. Other then this issue, the hotel was quiet & clean. The staff are all friendly. Sadly the coffee maker in our room didn't work & the fridge was set high which froze the few groceries we ordered. I let the staff know once we checked out the next day hopefully this will be rectified. The kids also enjoyed the pool.

Room was large and spacious, and the extra sink is nice. Service was proficient. Things to note: Everyone in our group of 6 rooms including myself noted that there is a dank smell in the rooms that could only be described as a slight musk or mildew smell. The pool is vastly overrated. Yes, there are two big slides and a smaller slide for toddlers. But the pool itself is small and usually very crowded - making the need for hourly bookings - which i found very inconvenient - my daughter could stay in the pool all evening. The hot tub is tiny and can only fit maybe 8 people comfortably.

Stayed here with family, the kids really enjoyed the pool area and had a lot of fun. The breakfast buffet had good options and had a fantastic family deal. We stayed for two nights, and had originally booked only one night and then decided to extend our trip. Due to booking we had to checkout & recheck in on the second day. Not a big deal, but seemed unnecessary. I went down fairly early to take care of everything before we went about our day. Later that evening our room keys didn’t work as they expired at 2pm and they neglected to give us new ones. It’s a small thing, but after a long tiring day it was annoying that it hadn’t been taken care of earlier.
