Went for a Christmas party and the food was delicious! We had a nice quiet King room on 6th floor. The lamp lighting was very pleasant. The bathroom had nice fixtures and relatively new tub and toilet. Super comfortable bed!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the front desk staff. They were unprofessional and seemed more focused on talking over me than actually listening to my concerns. Instead of addressing my questions, they raised their voices in an attempt to drown me out, which was both disrespectful and unhelpful.

Was an amazing stay, strong wi-fi, comfy beds, fantastic bath tub. Only complaint is the horrific stench of fuel in the lobby from the underground parking. Its inhumane that those poor people have to work in those fumes all day. Serious upgrades in ventilation and door seals are desperately needed, no one should ever have to work like that.

We picked a great time to visit. It wasnt busy so we had the pool and slides to ourselves most of the time. The lobby and halls are spotless. The gym is good. There are 3 seperate hot tubs so we never had to share. Underground parking for the win! The kids and i had a great time. We booked a second night!
