Hotel was fine , The main problem was at the masonic temple next door a group of people have made it home there , and get home at night and get out of the car to open the gate was a bit daunting when you have a group of drunks ,right there living on the temple grounds ,and throwing bottles into the foot path , The room was great but the noise from these people just keeped me await most of the night , I think yous should talk to council about this the problem with Cairns Masonic Temple bing used as a night party area Thanks

This is on the edge of the center of activity, so close enough to walk to all attractions and yet not in the noisy areas. Quiet street and businesses adjacent. Buses to points north, including Botanical Garden, have a stop less than a block away.

Comfortable base for Cairns and the region
We had a great time at Heritage and in Cairns in general! The location was very central for everything we wanted to do, all the staff members that we interacted with were super friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean (and, while some of the details were a bit dated, everything was maintained well). Overall, we would definitely stay there again!

Although a little older than some other properties Heritage Cairns is well maintained and conveniently located, within easy walking distance of the Cairns Esplanade and its dining and entertainment options. Staff are friendly and helpful.
