Great stay, not the best location 99/100
99.9% outstanding. I wanted a pool/hot tub, a free breakfast, and an airport shuttle. The hot tub was hot, the breakfast was free and very good, and when a shuttle wasn't available, they paid for a taxi for me. Downsides: 1) nothing interesting nearby, the hotel is in an industrial park 2) nobody likes turkey sausage.

Hotel was ok but We waited 40 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport.seeing it was late at night and the hotel is not far away, this delay is unacceptable. Will not recommend for this reason.

The waterslide was fast, the pool warm and the hot tub was hot - great fun for both kids and adults ! We enjoyed the continental breakfast - best thing was the pancake maker and good coffee.

Receptionist at check in was short and not friendly. Had issues and was overbilled. Told it was the tax but went through third party and was told it would be resolved at the property as i was quotes all taxes in to be a lot lower. Nothing got resolved.

The staff were not friendly from check in. Elevators were dirty floor and walls. The pool floor was dirty and there were no towels. When we asked for more which the pool was packed they brought 6 towels. Not impressed.

Reasonably priced hotel right by the airport. Parking can be a bit of a challenge at night with many people parking at the hotels next door or on the side of the road. Hotel amenities were good and room conditions was acceptable.
