i got room 303. AC was so loud when cooling, it sounds like a boeing engine. Fan mode is normal noise. Staff was excellent in providing service. My final cost paid onsite was $10-15 higher than what I reserved in expedia, I do not know why the change. I did not bother because it was small enough.

In general the properly is good. Clean rooms, nice pool. Couple of thing disappointing. the customer service and to have only 2 towels in each room. When i asked they gave only 2 more. Rest was just like any other hotel.

1_Food quality was so bad, smelly eggs- cooked with bad smelly oil, no orang juice, lemon juice very sugary, heard from reception about omelet but in fact there was none!! Milk was old too 2- there was no parking spots available for many customers, not only for me! 3- only The room was good !

I’ve stayed a few times in the last month. The staff recently hasn’t been too accommodating. No towels for the pool for over an hour. They were “in the dryer”… no extra towels for the room; they were “being washed”… the sink was clogged when we checked in so it was hard to even brush the kids teeth! The staff wasn’t eager to help at all, seeming rather annoyed at our simple requests. The water pressure in the shower was disappointingly weak. Overall, though, the pool and water slide are great. Super warm water and the kids love it. Breakfast was on par with all other hotels and the beds are comfy. Just a few things that attribute to a sub-par stay.

Not a good place to stay when we have early flight
Called down to the front Dext to ask them to come up and try and do something with the partying at around 10:15pm. Nothing was done about it and at 11pm the room next to us cranked the music up and the party really got going. Adults and kids in the hallway Yelling and laughing. Staff did nothing to rectify the problem. We finally asked if we could move to another room at 11pm.
