Given the room rates, it's a really comfortable hotel with wonderful staff. No fridge nor flexible heat/cool control, but they'll lend you a fan for air circulation. I'd definitely stay there again.

The hotel should be notifying bookings that are being made this last week or so that the AC is broken, there’s limited fans for use, as well as limited mini fridges. Had to use ice in a recycle bin to keep drinks cold, we asked for a fan as they mentioned they had some and never received one till late at night. You should be offering your guests a complimentary drink at your bar, a discount for a stay, upgrades to nicer rooms for the inconveniences, or something! Especially if you don’t notify the guests before checking in. I can survive without a fan as I understand things break (good thing it wasn’t in the 30s), but the fact that we didn’t have access to a fridge, and had to use a used recycle bin for ice to keep anything chilled is mind blowing. Also to note, with no ac and it being summer, you should have your vending machines stocked, especially with cold water. (Might not be hotel responsibility but having them stocked would be ideal)

There was no AC the entirety of our 3 night stay. There was no parking available upon arrival. Our room had blood stains and mold. Very outdated. The staff did give us a discount for our poor time.

Property aircon was broken , had to go back 3 times as door key not activated no fun when your on the weth floor.instead of giving us another room sent a engineer to but a new battery in the door lock .. I was in the shower had to wait 30minutes in the bathroom till he went. Very out dated .. Sorry not value for money.. Best thing about it was the lovely staff in the Fox bar attached to the hotel.

By the moment I arrive to the place, this hotel had no air conditioning, and the bedroom had no fridge. The bed set up was dirty and in general this hotel looks to be overrated as 3 star hotel. By the conditions of the place and the experience I had yesterday, I'd rated 2 and I would like to have a refund.
