Booked a room and was placed above the ballroom which was rented out, normally I wouldn’t care but the music was so loud that everything in the room was vibrating and couldn’t even listen to the tv cause of how loud the music was. Ask to moved and they said they were full, and the staff didn’t even know when the party would end and kept blaming it on the restaurant. And the front desk staff were very unfriendly and ill informed about events going on in their own hotel.
