We had a 2 night stay whilst in Cambridge and was hoping to have a day of spa treatments and using the facilities but not really a lot of choice with treatments. Everything was approx £100 not really suitable to create your own experience. Pool etc was extremely busy with general public paying members. Our view from the room was a flat top roof but the room itself was fine. Hotel and customer service was wonderful.

Property condition and cleanliness were great. Staff were friendly but had a couple of issues. Room type ordered through Expedia wasn’t given and Expedia could not get in contact with the hotel to support initially. When dining the food was lovely but there was a debacle with the table next to us from what I gather and waitstaff seemed to stay away from us due to this fact. Waited two hours to be served one course, given dessert menus but waited 45 minutes to flag someone down then eventually gave up. Happy with everything other than this and bar staff were more than friendly.

A perfect break
The Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa is perfect all around. Apart from the fridge which was not working in room 221, everything was very satisfactory.

Really nice stay, great receptionist! A bit pissed off I couldn’t get into the restaurant ! Didn’t get option to book on check in, Fully booked although a hour later still tables available ! Maybe the host didn’t like me in flip flops I don’t know , anyway there loss I went elsewhere
