Really nice hotel
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The swimming pool is good but the changing rooms were messy and it looked like they are cleaned often. It would be nice if the hotel could offer parking.

Everything about the hotel was great. Modern, staff friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and gym fantastic. Breakfast was well cooked and a decent choice. Only issue was the parking, ncp car park. Trying to pay for parking was a real struggle, to the point that I wasn't sure if I was covered for the time I wanted. There is off street parking a very short distance away in the residential area. My advice is park there. No issues. Save yourself some money.

See through doors!!
Nice clean room but the bathroom door was like a mirror and see through so we had ZERO privacy in the shower and toilet, not very nice when your sharing a room with your family. We had to put a huge towel over the door to shower etc throughout our stay

Nice hotel but can improve on cleaning the pool
Nice four star hotel with nice comfortable rooms but the pool area including the changing need to have a number items fixed and much better cleaning. The hotel is on the outskirts of Cambridge so not walking distance into Cambridge
