There was a continuous arrival of bus loads of 29-30 year olds (approximately 300 of them each time) attending a year end party. The resort catered to them with extremely loud techno music indoors and outdoors throughout the day and into the early morning. The pool was extremely crowded with people drinking and yelling. We couldn’t sleep with the loud noise nor could we enjoy the pool area. It was an absolute horrible experience… we were so unhappy that we had this experience and regret spending so much money to be stuck there. We request a refund of the money we spent on this horrible experience.

Absolutely magical place. We had our wedding at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun and hosted our family there for the weekend. The food was delicious, the beaches were clean, the water was incredibly blue. We got upgraded to the suite for our stay as the wedding couple, and the room was stunning. We'll be traveling back for our honeymoon in the next year and we cannot wait to go back.

First time staying at the Fiesta Americana in the hotel zone. Staff is superb always helpful and polite. Resort is clean and easy to navigate, food was great with lots of options. Several activities available would like to be able to borrow a snorkel or rent a surfboard. Everything is on the app no issues booking reservations. We will be coming back!!

They are not prepared to call themselves a pet friendly hotel. A lot of limitations and staff is rude.

We arrived at 1pm for my wife’s 3 year anniversary and we had to wait until 3 pm to check in. Once we got our rooms we were promised a bottled wine and robes but instead our room was falling apart as per the mini fridge door snapping right off. The room reeked of moldy unsafe smells and the shower head was rusty brown causing my skin to irritate. Rosato staff was wonderful in helping prep for my proposal but main buffet was serving undercooked chicken and some staff was showing preference to people that where lighter than us. Would not recommend especially for the price. Very small resort with little to no amenities and everything worth the wait is upsold such as coconuts and beach beds which should’ve been included with our “VIP” status.
