The property is so pretty, it makes me feel like I am in Greece. The customer service is very good and food is delicious, especially the beef dishes, you must order! Desserts are great. The property provides good fine food, It is a good all inclusive hotel. I enjoyed it !!!😋👍👍👍

The perfect friends holiday
We loved our time at NYX! The rooms are small but spacious enough with all the things we needed, the balcony was lovely with a view of the sea. All of the staff are so friendly! We didn’t have a bad meal, the food was great and a good selection too. I’ve never been to an all inclusive with an al a carte restaurant available everyday. We loved spending time at The Deck restaurant. The drinks are fab too, they’ll make any cocktail you ask for. We also enjoyed the activities we took part in. There is a bus stop just outside the hotels and taxis are easy to get too. I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say!

The hotel is marketed as a four-star, but I would rate it closer to a three-star. It’s a small property currently undergoing renovation, so you occasionally hear drilling, and the walls are quite thin—you can easily hear your neighbors. The dining options are very limited, with just one or two dishes to choose from, although you can opt for some fruit. The only standout feature is the beautiful beach, but the waves are huge, so be prepared—they are never small. As for entertainment, there’s almost none. You can make bracelets daily, do yoga at 9 a.m., and perhaps join a game of volleyball in the pool. Among the restaurants in the area, Chianti stands out as an excellent choice with delicious food and wonderful drinks. For those who enjoy Japanese cuisine, Umami is nice option. Choose the “All-Inclusive” as buying food separately will be expensive. In terms of value for money, it doesn’t match. For the same price, we can find a hotel that is 2-3 times better with excellent dining options and entertainments. Overall, this hotel is best suited for those who are not picky and don’t have high expectations. It’s a calm, quiet place with polite staff, but not much else to offer.

Excellent value! Great beach with excellent service thanks to Mauricio who worked tirelessly to make our vacation enjoyable. All staff super friendly though. Fabulous evening entertainment after Karaoke and Flamenco on Sunday especially. It’s a small property but that is just fine by us. LOVED eating at the Deck restaurant just about every night. Outside by the ocean with a la carte service and also multiple options from a buffet. Will definitely consider this hotel again when returning to the area.

The property is very intimate, quiet. That’s what I wanted not a huge hotel with hundreds of guest. It’s clean and I felt safe. Staff was available on the beach for orders. So you did not have to go anywhere if you wanted to lounge on the beach all day. Great place to relax, and they have a show, they play volleyball, pool excercise.

I enjoyed staying here. We joined many hotel activities. The activity coordinators ( water aerobics and pool volleyball coordinator, cooking/craft activity coordinator, and yoga teacher) they all made incredible efforts for us and other guests to enjoy the time. The front desk staffs helped to find solutions to our needs. I also happened to meet the hotel general manager during one of the hotel activities and I appreciated the positive attitude from all the employees. I am glad that I stayed at this hotel. The water by the hotel was more blue than other areas. My daughter has a nut allergy so it would’ve been nice to have some information on the menus or tags about the ingredients or allergens so that we don’t have to ask every time.

We really enjoyed our stay… amazing view of the ocean, beach was steps away, food was delicious. We could’ve done without the attempted vacations stay sales pitch when we exited the breakfast restaurant. Overall, really liked this place and would stay here again.

Hotel located good area. Room was spacious. Bath room door was stuck and couldn't open suddenly ,middle of night. Room light couldn't turn on suddenly. Restaurant umami was excellent. Restaurant Deck service and breakfast service was disappointed. There are limited food availabilities in mune for all inclusive.

We went to NYX for girls weekend, once we walked it the hotel seemed stuck in 1970's the checkin and common area was outdated. The only bathroom in front lobby very small and pitch black you cant see anything, had to use my phone several times. Second common bathroom was by pool, where water was not fushing in one, so it was a bit of the mess. We upgraded to ocean view room, it was clean and large for 3 of us. Cleaning ladies took good care of us. We had one friends bday , staff decorated brought prosecco bottle and chocolate cake. That was very sweet. Food was amazing! Breakfast not much choice but definitely enough. Italian restaurant phenomenal! Sushi we forgot to try. We ate at the Deck rest of the nights. Beach is beautiful, one of the reasons why we picked this hotel, no seaweed just beautiful water and sand. Staff is very nice, entertainment was nice few nights. We went out from the hotel to another place called Taboo, expensive but impressive few minute ride by taxi, must visit.

I loved the staff, the cleaning of all areas, the music andd the beaty of the environment. Because I am an elderly with mobility and health issues, the access from my room to the restaurants, swimming pool, beach and other areas, required to take long stairs because there is no elevator. Still they have long ramps, and staff available to assist with a wheel chair, after three days using it, I felt unsure to take them and decided to move around slowly and carefully. The view of all around wa beautiful, the staff very good, the food was not what I like, non GMO, non chemical and organic, but it tasted good. I would recommend to incorporate some organic, non chemical juices, food and beverages and more typical fruits. I strongly recommend Nyx Hotel for young and healthy peole. For me, overall, it was a good experience.
