Overall we had a great experience. Pros - amazing location, updated facilities. peaceful, private adult only resort. The beach club was incredible. Everyone who worked there was very nice and helpful. Walkability was great - a quick walk to the local nightlife restaurants and bars was a lot of fun. For an all inclusive the drinks and food options were good. Our favorite food was at the pool by far, whoever works that grill is a 10/10, second favorite food was at the beach club. Cons - not all rooms have pretty views. For what we reserved, we had the option between street/basketball court with a slight ocean view, or a cemetery view. Also we had a lot of difficulties with hot water (it sounds like a few other patrons had the same issue as well). They ended up being able to fix it so we had decently hot water for our shower, but the tub outside got luke warm at best. Also none of the hot tubs by the pool were hot…. The hottest body of water available was the main pool with the swim up bar. Satay left a lot to be desired for how hard it was to get into, but was decent enough. We enjoyed our time at Privileges Aluxes and Isla Mujeres and would be happy to go again.

My husband and I visited over Christmas, the property is nice, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. I did not think the good was great at all and would not pay for the all inclusive. Very easy walking distance to down town Hidalgo Street so you have a big selection of bars and restaurant's. The beach is very nice just wish they had music playing. Overall we would return just not do the all inclusive.

Everything was perfect! The included breakfast was great! Didn’t do the all inclusive since there was a lot of different options to eat within waking distance. Would definitely stay here again next time.

They gave us an upgrade and the front end staff was very friendly. Security guard was not friendly to a friend when they came to visit for 10 minutes

Just left, 4 nights in January. Food was outstanding, drinks were strong! The pool wasn’t heated but manageable when the sun was shining, chilly in the shade. The showers were warm at best but if that’s the worst part, no biggie. Beautiful resort, great staff, comfortable room. Would definitely return.

Liked the different areas you could eat at. The different settings added a nice touch. Wish the beach was more private. Would be nice if the beach bar or the Sabio outside bar were open a bit later. Minor things though, absolutely love Privilege! Our 2nd time staying there. We will be back.

We have stayed here a few times. The room options are great and the location in right in the middle of the action. Great pool that is heated and beach area. Get to the beach early to save a seat.

My husband and I really enjoyed this hotel for our honeymoon stay with the all inclusive option. The location was great in regards to the beach and shopping/dining. The hotel was very nice and quiet while in it.

Rooms were well kept, staff was exceptionally great and food at the beach club and breakfast was great in quality and selection. The beach toilets needed some more frequent attention however when related to staff they were very responsive. The hot tubs are not hot or even warm and often colder than the pool. Would love for them to add a series of bottles to the all inclusive price instead of needed ing to get several glasses of champagne or wine. Thank you for a great visit!
