The restaurants were not five star, not that great. There were places on the website that were open but when we got there they had been closed. We were without AC for over 24hrs and when we asked to get some kind of comp they said they couldn't because we went through Expedia not Hyatt, even though we are members of Hyatt they wouldn't give us anything.

I highly recommend visiting Secrets Playa Mujeres. They have a great variety of cuisine and dining options, the people and staffs are very friendly and helpful. However, I am giving 4 stars because our room's AC was not working, but the staff did a great job accommodating another room for us

Air conditioning didn’t work for 3 days, ants crawling in our bed, golf carts rarely picked us up to be transported around resort. Spoke with their chief concierge regarding our issues in which she said there was nothing she could do.

Highly recommend! The staff were exceptionally lovely, super helpful, and very friendly. The resort itself has heaps to do and is very well maintained. Food and drinks were delicious! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Staff was great, definitely not a resort to be at if you are looking to have fun. Spent more time next door at dream as it was more eventful and upbeat. Resort was under construction bars close super early and have Little to no access to anything eventful after 6pm. Will not return
