I knew this hotel was a 2.5 star. I stayed here 20 years ago for one night. However, this place is now a 1 star, rooms were terrible, pillows were like 1” thick and old, bed sheets and towels have stains, water pressure issues , toilet didn’t work and maintenance man broke the actual toilet. They move us to a worst room with NO hot water or pressure !! I canceled my March trip here

The water pressure was less than stellar. No Hot water. It was luke warm. Having said that I would stay there again because I love how quiet and safe it is. I have staid here 2 times. It's not fancy, but it is comfortable. If your looking for the ritz this is not for you. They were doing construction while we were there so you had to be careful and be on the lookout for nails. The staff is super friendly and professional.

AC/ mini fridge was cold. North beach is so close to its door steps. Breakfast was toast orange juice and coffee. The one thing is that there are so many palm trees blocking what would be a great view. Will definitely come back. Price per night can’t be beat for location.

I paid for three nights but only stayed one night. There was little water pressure and no coffee anywhere on the property. I saw what appeared to be mold on the ceiling.

I usually give a 5 star but one person that worked there was not nice. Everyone there was so beautiful. We had asked for a Certain room 6 months ago when we were there and she said no, already booked when it was not l. then someone said you just need to upgrade. They gave me the Info to upgrade but it was already day 4. Not necessary especially in September when the place was not full. I still love the location.

The greatest selling point of Villa Kiin is its proximity to the beach for the price. This is a great family hotel

Great place to stay by the beach, clean, great staff, has a small frig and a box safe, I would add a hair drier and hand towels, would change soap and shampoo for a better brand with their name. They offer a free light breakfast (coffee, juice and bread with jelly.

The property is located in front of a beautiful Bay like beach. The staff are friendly, but the hotel could use some repairs. A continental breakfast is offered, and there are some restaurants close to the property.

The property was in a great location, close to shopping and doing, with the prettiest beach. They were doing work on the property, so that was kind of annoying, but the staff- especially the front desk clerk, was great and very helpful. She even gave me her raincoat to use one day when it was pouring rain! Taxis were annoying as well parking right in front of the property, and we couldn’t park our golf cart several times. But overall a great experience.

The property location is very good because of the beach.the property needs to be updated. The problem was 2 new levi shorts and a nice dress were stolen out of our room. We did not ask for cleaning because we were only there 2 days . But someone came in our room and 3 articles of clothes were stolen. We said something and they said they would check their cameras. Really ??? what cameras. There would have to have cameras in the rooms ???

There was bugs in the room on the floor. There is plastic over the ceiling and one night we were woke at 4:00 in the morning hearing screeching and they said it was geckos. If you like The rustic atmosphere that's okay. We did not

Beautiful property close to ocean. Pool was nice but by noon it felt more like a hot tub due to the sun. Difficulties with air conditioning and electric. The front staff was quick to get it fixed. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants food carts and shopping.
