This is more of a motel than a hotel. The rooms were old and in disrepair, the carpet was stained. It was very loud and the guests were extremely rowdy. There was music blasting from a DJ at the pool until 930 pm on a sunday night. I called the front desk twice to complain before anything was done. I will say that the staff at the front desk when we checked in were very nice and helpful. However we will not be staying here again.

Nice resort with a great pool and DJ! I appreciated that the business center was available to print luggage tags. There were restaurants, gas stations and a Surf Style all within walking distance. We walked to the beach to watch the cruise ships sail away.

Mediocre hotel in decent location for cruise ships. Shuttle to cruise ships is $7, which is cheap, but why not a free service with your expensive, but mediocre room?

They are renovation certain buildings, once the entire place gets those same renovations, this place will be pretty nice!! The doors to get into the place are not secured with a room key.

Only one person at counter to check in a line of about 13 people at 10:00 at night and it was very slow. The room I rented for almost $300 needed renovations and should have been off-line. The tub did not drain, the door handle fell off when you opened it and the room felt more like a motel. We had a noon check out but house keeping kept knocking on out door to clean the room at 10:00, 11:00 and 11:30. It was a very stressful 12 hours of lodging but people were very nice.

The price of this hotel was extraordinary for a "Days Inn" experience. This is not a hotel, this is a motel at best. The rooms are extremely dirty, the shower barely puts out any water. For 225$ a night you are getting robbed. A full payment of 418$ was pulled from my bank acocunt with a nearly $1,000 HOLD on my debit card. The hold was originally for $450 then 12 hours after check out the hold was nearly $1,000. When we were greeted we were told to go into the restraunt for the breakfast after making reservations and was presented with a bill for 44$ for breakfast for 2 people. This hotel needs some adjustmabts to continue to charge hard working families 225 a night for an at best "motel"

This was the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at! We saw the pool on the website and it was just as advertised. We ate at the bar the food was good and the bartender was super nice! The other hotel staff we encountered were very nice as well! One more thing this place actually had movie channels not the typical limited channels you find elsewhere.

Cruisers welcome!!
Love the facilities and the care and thought put into the services for the patrons there for cruises!!! Accommodating shuttles to and from the airport as well as to and from the port at really reasonable rates, best in the area!! Everything was great except the the rooms themselves are dated, circa 1983
