Spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. Lovely view of the castle, good breakfast. The only thing was floor lamp didn’t work, we mentioned it at the reception but never been fixed while we stayed 4 nights. Otherwise all good!

Lovely, clean hotel that was conveniently located for visiting La Cite as well as nearby restaurants. Parking was convenient and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, including the bed.

We have just come back from a 5 days stay at this hotel and we could not have booked a better hotel. It's location is excellent, with beautiful views over the river and old city and only a 5 to 10 mins walk into the centre of Carcassonne. The rooms were not overly large, however I liked the fact the bathroom and WC were separate. The rooms were well equipped with all tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. Immaculately laid out with lovely thick dressing gowns for the colder evenings. The staff were lovely and could not have been anymore welcoming, with nothing being too much trouble. The breakfast is self service and catered for all tastes, with both continental and cooked on offer. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We had the perfect stay.

The property is new, good location, walking distance from the walled city. Overall good quality for the price however do not expect 5 star service or amenities. This is a good quality 4 start level hotel. The only major issue we had was with the delivery of hot water through the shower. Really slow to switch from cold to hot. Once it is hot, it does not last long and water flow is poor. Also we kept hearing some noises from the toilette pipes above out room, really loud noises from the use of the bathroom above out room. Overall the staff is really nice, professional and doing a great job with great management.

Everything was perfect , just the breakfast didn’t came in to my room in time I had to call them twice in the morning again. But the place is beautiful with an amazing view , the confort is here and service very polite.

The property is in a great position. We were there for 10 days and our room did not have adequate wardrobe space. I was also told that tea and coffee making materials were not renewed in the room. Staff levels at breakfast did not seem adequate. Often running out of cups and tables very slow to clear. It is not a 5 star hotel in my opinion.

The situation of the hotel was excellent we enjoyed our stay very much, it was a special treat for us to each other. The only dislike I had was that toiletries were not replaced on our second day neither were tea,coffee or milk in the tea tray. Staff were excellent and helpful.

Once found, the property was very well located. The hotel is very difficult to find. There was no signage to guide you to the hotel in a maze of small, one way streets. Staff could have been a bit more helpful in there guidance of how to get around. The hotel is a very nice facility.

The location is fabulous with great views. Sadly this is the only 5 star aspect of this hotel. We had several problems, one a major safety issue which meant we had to occupy 4 different rooms in a 7 night stay. All of the issues really came down to poor overall management leading to poor customer service. Both Expedia and Hilton head office we very helpful to us but the staff were not really bothered.

I took my two boys to have Warm milk at the bar. We weren’t even charged for it! Love that service. Also the cookies were a plenty for them as well!
