Service in the restaurant was poor, very slow & staff were not very friendly, except for two young ladies that worked there. Housekeeping staff were very helpful. Rooms were spotless. Very minimal with tea, milk sugar in rooms & restaurant.

Fairly typical of a pub-chain motel these days. It was antiseptically clean and devoid of character. That is sometimes not a bad thing after a few days in a run-down seaside guest house with lots of 'character'. Nice powerful shower in the en-suite with wonderfully soft water. Food was as I would expect and they do a good job here. Public transport seemed to be non-existent, as were most minicab services. It's a long, steep walk down to the town and a tough walk back the other way!

Lovely quaint inn. Good restaurant. Very friendly staff. Chepstow racecourse and Tintern Abbey are a quick bus ride away. Walk to Chepstow castle and charming town centre. Prepare for hills though. Especially from the train station. Will come again for sure. Lovely place.

I’ve never stayed in a Marston’s Inn Hotel before but for sure it was a great experience! The reception I got from the staff in the restaurant on book in was truly fantastic and the room didn’t disappoint. The room itself, let’s describe it as a typical Premier Inn room but everything about it just has this different touch. The decoration makes it very bright in the room which instantly makes it feel bigger. I would recommend this place to anybody! Well done…

I enjoyed my stay at the Two Rivers. The room was comfortable, and clean with contemporary furnishings. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the service in the bar and restaurant was prompt, and the food was tasty.

Two Rivers great venue.
Very nice stay, evening meal was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and supportive, worthy of special mention was the cleaner Georgina, nothing was too much trouble. Well done to the whole team.

Great property. There is a small check in desk just behind the bar area. Staff at check were super friendly. Room clean and spacious and super king size bed really comfortable. We had a room for 3-4 so had a super king size and then a single bed in the room. Would definitely use again when in the area. O my downsize was it’s quite costly for a pub hotel at £125.
