Great! Large room, great beds, comfortable bathroom and shower. Very upscale and pleasent. BUT - one on the main reason choosing this hotel over others was the free sweeming pool, which was NOT working (under maintenane). Very dissapointing.

Not only is this hotel in an ideal location if you are traveling by air through Milan but it is such a sanctuary! Quiet, gracious staff, good food and so darn convenient! Highly recommend this superior hotel.

Hotel is convenient especially if you have another flight the next day. The hotel is clean but to arrive at the room one needs a golf cart. That could be the answer. A golf cart on every floor to take people from the elevator to the rooms.

The Sheraton Malpensa Hotel offers an exceptional blend of convenience and comfort, perfect for travelers. Its prime location, directly connected to the airport, makes it ideal for layovers or early departures. The rooms are spacious, clean, and feature extremely comfortable beds, ensuring a restful stay. Very nice hotel, clean, modern. Nice restaurant. Only drawback was that the air conditioning did not work. According to the person at the desk at check-out, the temperature is pre-set and if you want it a different temperature, you have to contact the desk. Frustrating way to do things.
