The things I liked about the property were the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property. The grounds were well kept, including the amenities like the pool area. And, of course, the pool area was the unique part of the property for which the family enjoyed the most. However, there were numbers of features which I did not like. First and foremost, the room itself was below par, with most interior doors not being able to lock, including both bedroom doors. One room had a missing door piece that made it impossible to close and lock the door; and, the other bedroom room closed and appeared to be locked, but it was not. Secondly, the bedroom, with the TV and futon, did not have a properly working air conditioning unit and the bedding supplies for the futon. Thirdly, as an amenity, the WiFi was useless and inoperable. We were unable to use it at all. I had to spend more time and money to buy loads for the family to access the internet. Fourthly, there was not available hot water for showering. Taking cold showers are not the preferred method to maintain personal hygiene for much of the family members. If I had to rate the condition of the room itself, I would have to settle for 2.5 stars out of 5 stars. Fifthly, and, in regards to the reservation process, I did not like getting the details about the check-in and check-out processes literally at the last minute. I tried contacting the property by telephone 72 hours before arrival.
