Central Sarasota accommodation with spa

The room was beautiful! Lots of light, a large window. Everything was clean and new. The staff were very attentive and helpful. It’s so new, that I had a hard time finding the entrance, my gps took me around in circles until I finally found it. That was the only negative thing about my stay. And the food was excellent!

This was a pleasant surprise, very clean and updated. It was made clear with notice throughout about quiet time and non-smoking and it would be enforced. The front desk staff was very friendly, even recognizing you from previous encounter/check-in. Willing to help, very friendly. It’s right next to the airport but I never heard any planes. Nicely located, hot breakfast, was tasty. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Hotel was clean and modern with a nice rooftop pool and lounge area. Also it was nice to be able to walk to downtown.

We had a fantastic stay at the Golden Host Resort- front desk staff was super friendly, room was so clean and having a newly renovated place to stay in was such a perk! The 24 hr tea/coffee/cold water was so appreciated by us all and the pool towels were a nice bonus. We loved everything about our stay at the GHR! Thank you!

I was really impressed with this property. Excellent walkable location, affordable, nice common areas and bar, and fabulous pool!! We weren't even there on the days when the pool bar was open, that would be even better! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sarasota.
