Summary:
This two bedroom, one bathroom unit is close to central Cessnock, the gateway city to the Hunter Valley Wine region. The unit comes with conveniences including a ‘Smart’ TV with WIFI connectivity, reverse-cycle air-conditioning/heating, an internal laundry and a click-clack sofa that converts to a bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the unit to five people. It has its own car space, and is walking distance to supermarkets, shops, eateries and public transport if needed.
The Space:
A private garden courtyard with an outdoor table setting leads into the unit which features a large, tiled L- shaped kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen comes fully-appointed with a dishwasher, four-burner gas cooktop, under-bench oven and microwave. There’s a wall-mounted reverse-cycle air-conditioning /heating unit. Glass sliding doors lead back out to the courtyard. The dining setting seats six people and flows through to the living area with a flatscreen ‘Smart’ TV, ceiling fan, and a ‘click-clack’ sofa which can be converted to a bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the unit to five people if needed.
There are two bedrooms, both of which have queen-sized beds. In the main bedroom, there are built in wardrobes with lots of space for longer stays. The bathroom features a large, glass-framed shower recess. There’s also a European-style laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in New South Wales’ Hunter Region, 52 km west of Newcastle, Cessnock is much more than a gateway city to the vineyards of the Hunter Valley, given the fine restaurants, championship golf courses, hot air ballooning and sky-diving all on offer in the region. The unit itself is well situated, close to central Cessnock, major supermarkets such as Woolworths, Coles and Aldi, as well as Target, Bunnings, and numerous cafes and restaurants.
Getting Around:
The unit comes with ts own dedicated car space and is best suited to drivers, but busses do service Cessnock and there are bus stops within walking distance of the unit.

* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 4 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.

*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
