Summary:
This two bedroom, one bathroom unit is close to central Cessnock, the gateway city to the Hunter Valley Wine region. The unit comes with conveniences including a ‘Smart’ TV with WIFI connectivity, reverse-cycle air-conditioning/heating, an internal laundry and a click-clack sofa that converts to a bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the unit to five people. It has its own car space, and is walking distance to supermarkets, shops, eateries and public transport if needed.

The Space:
A private garden courtyard with an outdoor table setting leads into the unit which features a large, tiled L- shaped kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen comes fully-appointed with a dishwasher, four-burner gas cooktop, under-bench oven and microwave. There’s a wall-mounted reverse-cycle air-conditioning /heating unit. Glass sliding doors lead back out to the courtyard. The dining setting seats six people and flows through to the living area with a flatscreen ‘Smart’ TV, ceiling fan, and a ‘click-clack’ sofa which can be converted to a bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the unit to five people if needed.

There are two bedrooms, both of which have queen-sized beds. In the main bedroom, there are built in wardrobes with lots of space for longer stays. The bathroom features a large, glass-framed shower recess. There’s also a European-style laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in New South Wales’ Hunter Region, 52 km west of Newcastle, Cessnock is much more than a gateway city to the vineyards of the Hunter Valley, given the fine restaurants, championship golf courses, hot air ballooning and sky-diving all on offer in the region. The unit itself is well situated, close to central Cessnock, major supermarkets such as Woolworths, Coles and Aldi, as well as Target, Bunnings, and numerous cafes and restaurants.

Getting Around:
The unit comes with ts own dedicated car space and is best suited to drivers, but busses do service Cessnock and there are bus stops within walking distance of the unit.

Easy on site check in, open, spacious, airy and clean with all the necessities available Short drive to wineries, close to supermarkets, and one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to, only 5 minute walk away Highly recommend for your next stay in the hunter valley

Real big disappointment
Not a great experience at all from beginning to end there were problems. The property was also not very clean at all and the carpets desperately need a steam clean as our socks were black each time we changed. Tell me which holiday you go to and pull out the vacuum on the first night and vacuum the whole place and also mop the tile area for 2 nights in a row cause the floors were filthy. Unfortunately they didn’t have a carpet steam cleaner otherwise I would of been eager to do that too as the carpets were filthy!
