On a four night stay we asked twice to make up the room and only after checkng out and checking back in did they make the beds. They however never cleaned, dusted or vacuumed. Wemhad to ask for clean towels every day. After staying here twice before this was the worst stay and we will never return.

I loved that the room was spacious. The one drawback is that the bathroom sink was not partitioned from the room and it was hard to use the sink when my daughter was asleep.

The front staff desk was really friendly and polite which was nice. The hotel overall is really pretty and clean. We had spiderwebs in all the corners of our room. But otherwise the room was nice. I found the bed really uncomfortable, but my spouse didn't. So that may have been my issue. We ended up skipping the breakfast, but the area was really nice.

Unfortunately the property said they had no reservation on file for me, even though I was charged and got a confirmation email stating the correct dates and this hotel. It took a half hour for them to believe me and put us in a room after driving 12 hours across the country.

Very nice accommodations. HOrribLE breakfast. Sausage inedible if it really was sausage. No gravy. No biscuits. And no Belgian Waffles. stale raisin bread. Apple juice was tasteless. But the Jif Peanut Butter was excellent. Eggs not so bad.

It was great stay, very comfortable. Staff, was wonderful especially Jasmine! We will return. The shower could’ve been cleaner and the headboard should definitely be cleaned regularly.
