We use this hotel because it was close to the concert venue and had airport shuttle. Although we couldn't use the shuttle because we had a very early flight it was one of the amenities we liked. The room and overall accommodations were clean and comfortable.

This property is nothing different than dozens of freestanding motels with a ground level parking lot. It does not have a parking garage, the lot is labeled "use at your own risk" and there is no security guard or attendant and no valet. There are however signs from a company threatening to take your car if you dont pay them nine bux per 24 hour period, even if you are here for less than that much time, this applies to registered guests as well. Its not a tourist attraction , the views are of an industrial park. If I was able to cancel it I would have. There was a very little word in parenthesis next to The parking specifications in the description. I could never have imagined that I would have to pay to park at a motel. If a place like this is going to do something like that it should be capital letters across the top with the rates so people do not book something and then get hit with an extra fee. I will be careful in the future not to let this happen again but it shouldn't Happen to anyone else. It's a motel not Disneyland

The staff were very professional, personal, and polite. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast. The key cards were having issues, but the staff were quick to fix the problems. For the price, I think Comfort Suites is a great choice to stay in Charlotte.

Disgusting place
First i tried to cancel because my flights changed. No one got back to me so I decided to just keep the reservation. I showed up and the hotel smelt like weed strongly. The girl at the front was nice and checked me in. I went up to the room and it smelled like weed yet again. I started bringing my stuff into the room and started to notice several stains on the floor, wall, and bed. Attached is the pictures. I left and asked for a refund . Still awaiting my refund.
