Had an unexpected visitor

The house itself was great but we found a brown recluse spider and it was alive. We contacted management and all they said was, “We’re sorry and we will spray for them”. They live right next door so hopefully they did spray but we ended up cutting our vacation short worrying that there might be more spiders. If it hadn’t been a brown recluse we wouldn’t have cared but that is an extremely dangerous spider.

Magnificent place

The location of the place is fantastic! It is easy to navigate to and from the city. It is close to restaurants and malls. We loved how quiet and cozy the house was. We like the fact that the place offers so many extras: towels, linens, cleaning utensils, kitchenware, etc. Each room has a TV set and the shower is divine. Great place and we plan to rent it again.

Game Day Bungalow

It was a great property, close to the stadium. It was clean and well-stocked. It was plenty of room, but one bedroom was locked. I thought it was a 3 bedroom property, but without the bedroom was locked and my mom and daughter had to sleep in the same room. We had to make do. We still had a wonderful time and experience. If we are in the area I would love to stay again. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Lovely back yard. Plenty of amenities

I can sum it up with just one word, WONDERFUL!

The property was very accommodating, the area was in a prime location, close to everything, & yet still out of the way of all that city combustion. The house was beautiful, unbelievable space, felt as if I was at home away from home. Me & my family loved it! I recommend totally!

Big concert weekend!

Girls trip to attend concerts in Charlotte, NC. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a restful night after rocking it out with Garth Brooks and the Chicks! Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, central air and Reginald even had extra ice made for our tailgate coolers! Cute little neighborhood, on a quiet street - beats staying in a hotel any day!! Thanks Reginald- when we return to Charlotte, we are looking you up :)

Quick Weekend Trip

The property was exactly as explained on the listing. Nice and clean. I would definitely recommend. My only suggestions would be to update the bedding linens, replace the dark mirror in the master bedroom with a lighter mirror, and get some new chairs for the kitchen table. When sitting you sink into the chair and are not sitting table height. The property was very close to everywhere we needed to go! Owner was very helpful as well. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great First Experiance in NC

We arrived late from an all-day west coast flight with our kids. The neighborhood was empty and quiet. The house was easy to find and well lit up. After scrambling to find the lock code(look for it along with the check-in instructions in the Evolve email) we opened the door to a clean and well decorated simple home. After eating and unpacking we quickly realized how every little thing was well thought out. From the organized place-mat for the remotes to extra water, coffee, soap, trash bags, toiletries, towels, ect, ect, ect. It also has a washer and drier with plenty of soap too. We met the neighbors the next day and they couldn't have been nicer. I'm not sure if we will ever get the chance to come back to NC but if we do this is were we will stay.

Perfect place to stay in Charlotte

We chose this property because we were going to a concert downtown plus visiting with family in the Charlotte area. After the concert it was a short easy drive back to the property. Visiting our relatives was also easy with the property having easy access to the expressway. We will definitely stay here again when in the Charlotte area.
