Rooms and facility was very clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and it was such an easy and short walk to the Bank of America stadium. Very walkable for dining options as well. We would definitely stay again the next time we’re in town for a game.

The best thing about this hotel is the convenience. I called ahead to ask about parking and was told it would be $20 but nothing about where to park. Upon arrival there was someone taking $10 payments for parking and I spoke with them about how long the parking was good for and they couldn’t tell me a time. I went inside and they told me they’d just give me a $20 credit to cover the $20 they wanted to charge me. The room was big, but outdated. Tiny shower/bath situation. I’d stay again at a cheaper rate but not worth the $217/night I paid.

Check in was easy and staff were great. This is a pet friendly hotel, so expect animals. The room seemed clean but the pillows had an odd smell that really made it hard to stand. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Not to mention, the explicit noises and vibrations coming from a neighboring room.

The location was loud: street noise, rumbling sound from the elevator, loud refrigerator. The bathroom set up leads to the bathroom light shining directly onto the bed: Super inconvenient if someone is trying to sleep. Weirdly, on a Friday night at 8:30 pm, nothing in the area within reasonable walking distance was open to buy a snack, a coffee or a dessert. There were some full service restaurants, but nowhere else. I was told the room was recently renovated but some of the furniture was pretty banged up. The mattress was thin and not very comfortable. I expected more for the price. On a positive note the service was all excellent, from the front desk to the breakfast staff. The continental breakfast was very good also. There were many choices and everything was delicious.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. I usually struggle to sleep on the first night, but the bed was great and the hotel was quiet. Nice to have a bar and restaurant downstairs. Walkable to everything in the city.
