Breakfast was good with a large selection , construction site right next door with load banging all day , also maintanence work being carried out in the hotel , the room felt really damp with a musty smell , food and drink prices in the hotel were rather high

Staff very friendly got a complimentary room upgrade as we were celebrating daughters birthday and wedding anniversary. Our room main bedroom the blind in shower very dirty looked mouldy I used a towel to clean and saw that it was easy to clear housekeeping definitely dropped the ball with that. Ordered drinks at the pool. It took forever to get the drinks we were only two families at pool so not sure why it took them so long to deliver drinks

Check in time is 3pm, I reached at 4:35pm, the counter told me room is not ready. I waited until 6pm, finally was given a room. The hotel compensated with buffet dinner, but I had a difficult time waiting especially my toddler was crying to sleep

Even though there were no restaurants or shopping options near the hotel use of Grab cars was a inexpensive ride to anywhere you wanted to go

I wasn't wowed by this hotel or the dining choices but the staff was lovely, the food was good and the view from my terrace room was beautiful. the resort can use a little refresh as the furniture was a little worn and the decor a little tired. I was surprised that the mini bar remained unfilled the whole time I was there as I thought the terrace rooms included a stocked mini bar. I guess I could have complained but I just kept on thinking they would get to it. I will know better for next time.
