Das Zimmer war groß, schön und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider war das Bett sehr hart, was auch die angebotenen Ersatzkissen nicht verbessern konnten. Wir hatten unser Zimmer in der 4. Etage, der Straßenlärm war leider stark durch die geschlossenen Fenster zu hören.

Great hotel in convenient location. All the staff spoke English and were very helpful. They didn’t serve breakfast at the hotel but offered free shuttles to various locations. Hotel is walkable to lots of markets, shopping mall and sights.

The accommodations were comfortable and well appointed, making it a perfect retreat, the location was right in the middle of all the exciting eating places. What truly stood out to me, however, was the outstanding security measures in place. I felt safe and secure throughout my entire stay, which is something I highly value when traveling. The staff was not only friendly and professional but also vigilant, ensuring that all guests enjoyed a worry-free experience. I want to give special thanks to Mr Vignesvaran for assisting me on my car breakdown during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a safe, welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

Front desk staffs are not helpful. The room is poorly maintained. Thin walls, you can hear everything going on outside. Housekeeping staff is not diligent in cleaning room or even replacing fresh towels. Forget about accommodating guests early check in request, checking guests into their room on time is a feat they cannot accomplish. We had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby after being turned away due to “no room available”.
