Great location. Felt safe, and it "did the job." Everything felt old (not a huge strike against them). But ..sofa bed wasn't supported with springs, lights didn't work, toilet was clogged and never was fixed. Front desk tried to help, so we credit them for that. Not terrible, but worse than average.

It’s $18 a night to park on the property. If it’s mentioned anywhere, it’s in very tiny print because I still don’t see it. All it said was “parking available”.

The day I checked in I waited for a bit before someone came out to check me in. The front desk person failed to give me any information on what time breakfast was, WiFi, or even give me a second key card. I was here for business and the business center printer didn’t have any ink. We got some copies from the front desk but those were very poorly printed. The ice machine at in rue breakfast area work. The juice machine didn’t work. The breakfast area ladies were the rudest I’ve encountered in any hotel. My coworker tried checking out later in the evening, there was no desk person to be found anywhere. She even called the hotel but no one answered. I stayed here for 8 nights and at no point in my stay did anyone come by to refresh the room. The pans provided were dirty, I’m talking about food stuck to the pans and left like that for the next guest to use. I don’t know who is running this place but I will likely not stay here again.

In retrospect if we didn't need a 2 bedroom suite we would have stayed somewhere else. The location was ok, the rooms were tired for sure and everything else about the facility screamed do the minimal required. We like IHG properties but our last two experiences with Staybridge facilities were underwhelming.

Over priced for a very dated roach hotel. Family was upset about finding dead roaches and hair. Sleeper needed replacement asap. I expected more for the price. Buyer beware.

Nice hotel conveniently located off interstate. Room was comfortable, clean and roomy. Neither of the 2 TVs were working. Desk manager was called and he came up promptly to take a look. He was unable to get them to work and concluded it was new remotes that had not been programmed for these TVs. He offered to move us to another room but we were already unpacked and tired so he said he would deducte our parking fee.

We were not issued a parking pass, which is $18/night, and then blamed when we asked how to get into the parking lot since it was gated. The same person who blamed us is the manager who checked us in and did not issue the pass. We were kicked out of our room 2 in the 4 days we were here for carpet cleaning. The first time a note was slipped under our door saying at some point, no time frame at all, we would need to leave our room for 2 hours to allow the carpet to be cleaned that day. 2 days later as we're packing up and still have 3 hours before checkout, a man knocks on our door telling us he has to carpet clean and we need to leave the room. I told him we were within 2 hours of leaving and asked if he could skip our room, he told me he wanted to be out of the hotel well before then and tried to convince me he had to come in. When i called the front desk, Tricia just laughed at me and asked if i said no and slammed the door in his face. The entire ordeal was very sketchy.

Would stay here again.
Very convenient location. Walked 5 min to the october fest and drove 10 min to rock city. The hotel has a good breakfast a good bit of variety items to choose from. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Alot of parking in the back of hotel.
