Payed for upgraded room with the bigger Dubble bath tub however the plug didn’t work so bath would not fill and to top it of was on a busy main road all you could hear was traffic zooming past the windows all night had a quieter night at premiere inn !

I booked the hotel for two nights. After the first night my room was not cleaned and someone had clearly entered the room as they placed the do not disturb sign on the door deceiving me and hotel management, but no manager had a checking process. All very poor.

Was unable to enter the car park for half an hour as there was an event on. Hotel had not explained this. No AC and the room was 30 degrees.
