I stayed for 3 nights with my wife and kid, everything was sweet and smooth, I arrived before the check in and they offered to take care of my luggage meanwhile the room was ready so I can go and start knowing the beauty of the city, the room was perfect for 3 or 4 persons, everything in order and clean, with all the things you need, perfectly located hotel, near the metro lines, the millennium park, the museum, the block 37, etc, etc and finally the check in and check out is effortless, thanks,

In the Heart of Chicago, it leaves me yearning....
For how antiquated and historical the buildings around me, I wished this property was granted the renovations it needs to accommodate those who cannot handle tight, narrower spaces. The bed itself for sleep is decent, but the pillows absolutely do NOT pass the comfy nighttime check. Please replace ASAP! Otherwise, for what I paid, it could be improved in several ways. The location and convenience of where to shop, eat, and drink save itself from a lower rating.

First, the hotel charged $100 per room as a deposit which I was not notified about Second, 1 of the 4 rooms was charged but the hotel claimed that they didn’t see the charge, so we had to use another card and they are supposed to return the first one Third, after we checked out the hotel charged $1,000 to the card without any explanation. We are now contesting that Terrible experience

Everything about this hotel was fine and the staff were particularly helpful and courteous. One item that requires attention however is the lack of grab bars in the bathtub/shower area, which makes it difficult for older guests to get in and out of the tub. That situation is what lawyers describe as "a lawsuit waiting to be filed", and are easy and relatively inexpensive to correct.
