They don’t do room service I have to use same towers and they tax almost 100 dollars for 2 nights to hi they should show in the booking and should include the booking lik the other hotel

Got screwed by SW airlines and needed a place to stay for the night. Booked Hyatt Place MDW as was completely satisfied. Front desk was helpful and offered toiletries b4 we even asked. Room was clean and breakfast was great.

the property is located in what looks like a hotel community. Breakfast is served from 6am with selections a little better than continental breakfast. The have coffee bar near the front desk and has cold drinks that can be purchased. they don't accept cash payments

Was not happy at checkin - checked in at 10:00 pm after long day of travel and meetings. When I walked in the room they gave me it had clearly not been cleaned - dirty towels in bathroom, unmade bed. I was actually worried I was walking into someone’s room since it was so clear the cleaning service hadn’t touched it. Had to go back down to get another room😡. Manager did call after to make sure all ok but a serious annoyance after a very long day!
